SHIPPING POLICY

All of your orders are Handmade and packaged carefully at the Mountain Studio on working days from Monday to Saturday 9AM- 7PM IST

I have placed an Online Order, Whom can I contact further for an update?

The process time entirely depends on your ordered artwork. A small artwork takes around 10 days whereas an exclusive artwork can take upto a month for the Artist to add small details and final finishing touch to it.

Delivery takes 4-5 days ( Domestic), 2-3weeks (Internationally) once dispatched. International postal system is still not as it used to be pre Covid and possible delays may happen. Private shipping services can be arranged in case of priority deliveries which can be discussed through email.

Flat shipping rate of INR 150 for Smaller articles ( less than 0.5kg)

Flat shipping rate of INR 300 for articles (1 kg or below)

Flat shipping rate of INR 1500 for exclusive arworks.

For International Shipping

Once your order is shipped out, we will email you a tracking number and link.

Duties & Taxes

Our shipping rates are exclusive of any duties or import taxes that may or may not be applicable at the time of import into the country of delivery. Customers are responsible for any customs and duty fees that may be incurred. Please contact your local customs office for unusual delivery delays as we cannot contact customs authorities on customer’s behalf.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

Each piece at Art Peace Studio is individually handcrafted and are one of a kind.

Even though we strive to maintain aesthetic uniformity, minor organic changes are bound to happen and that is not accepted as a reason for an exchange.

Our studio has No refund or return policy and exchange will happen only under certain circumstances:

If you have received a damaged or incorrect order, please inform us within 24hrs of receiving it.
If you are unsatisfied with the product and inform us within 2 days of delivery, we would be happy to exchange it with a different item. Note that this does not apply to customized/ made-to-order designs.

In case of either event, you may return the pieces exactly in the same condition along with original packaging.

In the event of an exchange, the customer is responsible for all shipping costs involved in the returning of the item. Original and additional shipping costs paid by the customer will not be refunded.

Do you cover for lost or stolen packages?

Please fill in your shipment address carefully as we do not refund for packages lost in transit. Items marked undeliverable due to an incorrect shipping address will be re-sent when they are received back at the Studio and will be charged an additional reshipment fee. If the package is not retrieved, Art Peace Studio has the right to charge the Customer a fee for freight and administrative costs.

My jewellery is broken or damaged—can I get a replacement?

We will replace a damaged or broken piece up to 48 hours from the date you receive it, if the damage has occurred because of Our manufacturing issue.

What happens if my jewellery breaks?

We try to keep the aesthetic of Our jewelry quite elegant and delicate. For example, we use very thin chains to enhance the elegance of the piece but It can break as well if not handled with care.

We do consider repairing depending on the extent of damage. Repairs starts at INR 350. Please email us the images of the issue so that we can provide the best solution for the same.

CUSTOM ORDERS

All custom orders are handmade and exclusively modified as per your need and it is not possible for us to return or exchange them. Deposits for custom work are non-refundable.
